​Cancellation Requests​​

Customers may request to cancel a registration by contacting us in writing.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date may receive a refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund. However, customers may receive a credit toward another available camp or program, subject to space and availability.

No refunds or credits are guaranteed for no-shows, missed days, or cancellations after the camp has started.

Camp or Program Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a camp or program before it begins. If we cancel a camp or program, customers will receive a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees charged by Wix, payment processors, or other third-party services.

Camp Changes

​

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to camp details, including schedule, location, activities, staffing, or format, when necessary. If a major change is made, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Credits

​

Credits are not cash refunds and may only be used toward another available camp or program offered by our business. Credits are subject to space and availability.
